Board of Directors
The Board of Directors' primary objective is to represent and protect stakeholders' interests.
It is chaired by the Executive Chairman.
The Members are elected by the shareholders at the Annual shareholders' meeting.
The Board's overall responsibilities include:
- to clarify purpose, vision and values
- to set strategic direction
- to oversee performance
- to oversee the finance and audit committee
- to oversee the compensation committee
