Hervé Descazeaux, Member, Apax Partners

Hervé Descazeaux joined Apax Partners in 1998 and became a Partner in 2005. He specialises in leveraged buy-outs in the Healthcare industry.

Prior to that, he worked for eight years at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Paris and in the US, in charge of audit & due diligences on international groups’ operations.

Mr Descazeaux is sitting at the Board of Directors of Séchilienne-Sidec (Independent Power Producer), Outremer Telecoms (Telecom Company), both of which are listed on the Paris stock exchange, Corevalve (private US-based company) and Capio, a leading European health care services provider.

Hervé Descazeaux graduated from ESCP business school and holds a Chartered Accountant degree.

He was born in 1967 and is a French citizen.
