Paul Hökfelt, Executive Chairman

Paul Hökfelt was elected Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Unilabs in November of 2007.

He is a member of the Finance and Audit Committee and of the Compensation Committee.

In 2006, Paul Hokfelt was appointed President and CEO of Capio AB.

He had been with the company since 2002, when he joined as head of Capio Healthcare France.

He was promoted to Senior Vice President and became a member of Capio's Executive Group Management team with overall responsibility for the French and Spanish subsidiaries in 2005.

Mr Hökfelt also led the Group's strategic development, overseeing acquisitions and new ventures at a corporate level.
For over 20 years, he has been active internationally in the finance and healthcare sectors. As of 1988, Mr Hökfelt served as Managing Director of Unilabs for 12 years.

Paul Hokfelt graduated from Stockholm‘s School of Economics.

He was born in 1953. He is a Swiss citizen.
