Sofia Ysewyn, Mergers & Acquisitions Director

Sofia Ysewyn joined Unilabs in October 2007 as Mergers and Acquisitions Director.

Ms Ysewyn started her career as an auditor for KPMG France, but quickly moved into the healthcare sector. She started working for Capio in 2001 as a Financial Analyst in the M&A Department, and participated in the acquisition of the Group Clininvest that became Capio France. She took over the position of Business Development Director for Capio France, and then gained an operational experience through the general management of a private hospital in France for three years.

In 2007, Ms Ysewyn took on the role of Head of M&A for Capio, and worked actively with the acquisition of Unilabs by Apax Partners and Nordics.

Ms Ysewyn holds a MSc Degree in Finance and International Business from The International School of Business and Commercial Law in Gothenburg, Sweden, and from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Lille, France.

Ms Ysewyn was born in 1976. She is a Swedish citizen.
