Raffi Asadorian, Chief Financial Officer

Raffi Asadorian joined Unilabs in August 2009 as Group Chief Financial Officer.

Mr Asadorian worked for 16 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where he was a partner in its Transaction Services (mergers and acquisitions advisory) group in New York.  
He was responsible for advising on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures for private equity clients, and corporate clients in various industries, with a focus in healthcare and pharmaceuticals.
Between 2001 and 2003 he worked with PwC in Zurich, where he led M&A advisory teams for numerous global and and large Swiss clients.
Mr Asadorian's most recent position was as senior vice-president and CFO of the PLIVA Group, a pharmaceutical company based in Zagreb, Croatia, with approximately USD 1.0 billion in turnover and operations in over 30 countries.

Mr Asadorian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Xavier University in the U.S. and is finalizing his MBA dissertation at the University of Manchester (U.K.).

He was born in 1969. He is an American citizen.
