Accreditation of a Portuguese Laboratory

 
Medicina Laboratorial Dr Carlos Silva Torres has been accredited by IPAC (Portuguese Accreditation Institute) according to the conditions of NP EN ISO 15189:2007 for Clinical Laboratories.

Our Laboratory has been Certified according to NP EN ISO 9002:1994 since 1999 and to NP EN ISO 9001:2000 since 2003.

 
The process of accreditation began in 2007 and is now completed.

This International Standard provides requirements for competence and quality that are specific to Medical Laboratories.
