Press Release : Unilabs acquires a laboratory in Switzerland
Unilabs is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of the Tessin-based GIFE laboratory. This laboratory was founded in 1990 and is active in clinical testing as well as toxicology analyses for industrial and environmental purposes. This acquisition, which is effective as of July 3, 2008, will significantly reinforce the Unilabs presence in Tessin.
About Unilabs Founded in 1987 in Switzerland, the Unilabs Group joined the Swedish Capio Diagnostics Group in 2007, thereby forming the European leader of clinical testing laboratories, located in 11 countries.
