Jean-Paul Rigaudeau joined Unilabs in May of 2009 as CEO.  

Mr Rigaudeau started his career in the consumer goods industry as Assistant Product Manager at International Playtex in the United States (1984-1986). He then moved on to Beiersdorf (Nivea) where he served a number of positions (Product Manager, Manager Business Development, Marketing Manager, Marketing Director, Managing Director) in a number of countries (USA, Germany, Japan, Spain, Mexico) between 1986 and 2000.  

From 2000 to 2004, Mr Rigaudeau was Managing Director of Johnson&Johnson for Germany and Austria. He joined Kraft Foods in 2004 as Managing Director for Germany, before taking over the area Germany, Austria and Switzerland. He was promoted to VP Europe Chocolate in 2007 and to President Europe Region in January 2008.  

Mr Rigaudeau holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Columbia University (USA).

He was born in 1959. He is a French citizen.

Raffi Asadorian joined Unilabs in August 2009 as Group Chief Financial Officer.  

Mr Asadorian worked for 16 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he was a partner in its Transaction Services (mergers and acquisitions advisory) group in New York.  He was responsible for advising on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures for private equity clients and corporate clients in various industries, with a focus in healthcare and pharmaceuticals.  

Between 2001 and 2003 he worked with PwC in Zurich, where he led M&A advisory teams for numerous global and large Swiss clients. Mr Asadorian's most recent position was Senior Vice-President and CFO of the PLIVA Group, a pharmaceutical company based in Zagreb, Croatia, with approximately USD 1.0 billion in turnover and operations in over 30 countries.  

Mr Asadorian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Xavier University (USA) and is finalizing his MBA dissertation at the University of Manchester (U.K.).

Priv.-Doz. Dr. Thomas Brinkmann joined Unilabs in January 2011 as CMO.  

Mr. Brinkmann started his career at the Institut Pasteur, Paris, France, in 1991. From 1992-2003 he worked as senior assistant at the medical laboratory of the university hospital Heart and Diabetic Centre Nordrhein-Westfalen in Bad Oeynhausen, Germany. Thereafter he joined Beckman Coulter Eurocenter in Nyon, Switzerland, as head of the scientific group for Europe, Middle East, Africa and India.  

In 1990 Mr. Brinkmann graduated from the University of Bielefeld, Germany, with a doctoral degree in Biochemistry (Ph.D) and in 2001 he habilitated at the Medical Faculty of the University of Bochum, Germany, as Assistant Professor for Clinical Biochemistry. Since 1998 he is a qualified clinical pathologist (Clinical Chemist). He is member of the European Communities Confederation of Clinical Chemistry (EC4) and since 1999 he has been registered as European Clinical Chemist (EurClinChem). Since 2009, Mr. Brinkmann is the elected Corporate Representative at the Executive Board of the International Federation of Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine (IFCC) and since 2011 he is Unilabs’ IFCC corporate representative.

Fernando de Górgolas joined Unilabs in March 2010 as Group Marketing & Business Development Director.  

Mr. de Górgolas started his career in 1991 as Clinical Project Leader in the Diagnostics Division of Bayer in Spain.  In 1995, he moved to the Marketing & Sales function where he held positions as Marketing Manager, Marketing Director and Sales & Marketing Director in different countries and regions, including Spain, EMEA, Japan and APAC. Early 2009, he joined Progenika, a Spanish biotechnology company, as Marketing & Commercial Director.

Fernando de Górgolas holds an MBA from IESE and a degree in Molecular Biology from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and is a Clinical Chemistry Specialist (BIR), a title he obtained from Hospital Puerta de Hierro (Madrid).  

He was born in 1960. He is a Spanish citizen.

Jan Hornstrom joined Unilabs in January 2010 as Head of Business Area Radiology.  

Mr Hornstrom has extensive experience within the health care sector. Between 1991 and 2000, he worked in various sales and marketing positions at Nobel Biocare, a global market leader in dental implants, including two years as Marketing Director and business unit responsible of the North American subsidiary after the acquisition of an American competitor. After 4 years as Marketing Director at a telecom company between 2000 and 2004, he moved back to the health care sector: between 2004 and 2008, he worked for Molnlycke Health Care and was global Business Unit Director for surgical procedure trays during the last three years.  

Mr Hornstrom holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Management and Engineering from Linkopings Tekniska Hogskola, Sweden.

He was born in 1966. He is a Swedish citizen.

Olga Gulyashko was appointed General Director of Russian unit of Unilabs (Unimed Laboratories) in October 2008.  She started her career in 1996 at Russian State DUMA as Deputy’s Assistant, she then moved to Coca- Cola marketing department, and in 1999 she joined Unimed Laboratories where she worked in administrative and Human Resources positions.  Since 2006 she is also working as a consultant for Council of Europe projects for Russia.

Mrs Gulyashko holds an MBA from Graduate School of International Business (Russia).

She was born in 1979. She is a Russian citizen.

Philip Delborn was appointed Head of Laboratory North in January 2010.

He started his carrier in 1999 at Capio, where he worked in financial positions for the Capio head office in Gothenburg and for Capio France in Lyon.  In 2003 he joined Capio Diagnostics in the role of Business Area Controller.  

Mr Delborn holds an MSc Degree in Business Administration and Economics.  

Philip Delborn was born in 1975. He is a Swedish citizen.

Alain Dalléac became Head of Unilabs France in February 2008.  

Alain Dalléac joined Unilabs in September 2005 as Leader biologist manager of Unilabs Dynabio laboratories at Cherbourg (2005-2008). He became Head of Unilabs France in February 2008.         

Mr Dalléac started his career in France as Assistant Doctor (1988-1994) in Central Laboratory of Libourne General Hospital Centre and then succeeded on different positions: Assistant Doctor (1994-1998) and Senior Doctor (1998-2000) in Central Laboratory of Ajaccio General Hospital Centre, Senior Doctor (2000-2002) and Chief-Doctor (2002-2005) at the Central Laboratory of Saint Quentin General Hospital Centre.  

Alain Dalléac holds a MD speciality in Medical Biology (University of Bordeaux), a Masters degree in Medical Sciences (University of Bordeaux), a PhD in Biologic and Medical Sciences (University of Bordeaux) and diplomas in blood transfusion (University of Paris), human cytogenetics (University of Bordeaux), medical reproduction (University of Bordeaux) and quality insurance in medical biology (University of Paris).  

Mr Dalléac was born in 1960. He is a French citizen.

Tobias Fenster joined Unilabs in 1996 as CEO of the Iberian operations.  

From 1991 to 1995, Mr Fenster acted as Associate Director at Computer Barn SA- Switzerland, an enterprise operating in the distribution and service of Computer Hardware and Software. From 1974 to March 1991, he served as Associate Director for Brasil Holanda de Industria SA -Brazil, an enterprise operating in the wood business ranging from forest exploitation to plywood production.  

Mr Fenster served as consultant for Booz-Allen and Hamilton Inc - Brazil, a multinational enterprise operating in the domain of Strategic Consulting. At the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro - Brazil, he joined the coordination of Post Graduate Studies in Engineering and Administration as invited professor.  

Tobias Fenster graduated in 1969 in Engineering at the Pontificia Universidade Catolica do Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He holds an MSc in Science in Engineering and an MBA from Stanford University (USA).  

Mr Fenster was born in 1946. He holds Brazilian and Swiss nationality.

Andrew Lunt joined Unilabs in January 2011 as Managing Director - UK.

Following successful careers in the retail and hospitality sectors, Mr Lunt moved into healthcare in 2002, joining Nuffield Health. He held a number of operational positions (Hospital General Manager and Regional Director) before taking on Corporate support roles, first as Group Human Resources Director, then as Group Business Services Director (responsible for IT, Property, Procurement, Shared Services and Decontamination Services). Latterly he was CEO of Nuffield Health's Diagnostics Division. 

Mr Lunt left Nuffield Health in 2009 and worked as an independent a consultant in the UK instrument decontamination sector.

Mr Lunt was born in 1965 and is a UK citizen.
