Unilabs Strengthens Diagnostic Capabilities with Acquisition of ADUS Radiologie in German-speaking Switzerland

Geneva, 19 December 2023: Unilabs, a leading international provider of diagnostic services, announced today the acquisition of ADUS Radiologie, an esteemed radiology company with three centres in Dielsdorf, Kloten, and Affoltern am Albis. This strategic move follows the successful integration of RIMED, acquired in 2022, further reinforcing Unilabs' commitment to expanding its presence and advancing medical diagnostics in Switzerland.

This acquisition strengthens Unilabs' position as a leader in diagnostics, fostering innovation, and contributing to advancements in medical diagnostics.

Dr Gabriel Fried, ADUS Radiologie’s current head physician, will continue to lead the three ADUS Radiologie sites, ensuring continuity for its employees and referring doctors and he will work closely with Unilabs-RIMED's Managing Director Roger Hornung, Head of Medical Radiology Dr Alain Mayer, and the entire management team to achieve synergies and further developments.

With the addition of ADUS Radiologie's three centres, Unilabs extends its radiology services to 18 locations in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and a total of 23 locations nationwide.
